Zoe and Eve offers various denominations of gift certificates you can purchase for your family, friends co-worker or any one else you would like to treat to something special.
Gift certificate balances do not expire, are not redeemable for cash, and accrue no interest. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE APPLIED TO PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES.
Gift certificates are redeemed by entering a gift certificate code at checkout. gift certificates must be used before checkout is complete. The code will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, which can them be forwarded on to the recipient.
If a gift certificate’s value is less than the total order price, the difference can be made up by using one of our regular payment methods.
If your purchase is less than the entire value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will stay on the gift certificate.
Once your order is complete, the gift certificate code will be emailed to you after your order has been completed.

Custom t-shirt orders with personal information, such as names, initials, birthday, age, years, city, state, jersey numbers, etc. can only be returned if the item(s) are defective or if we sent the wrong size from what you ordered.
Special orders, personalization's and items that are customized are not available for return, with the exception of mistakes on our part.

To keep your purchased product looking its best & sparkling for years to come, please follow these simple guidelines.
WASHING: It is best to hand wash or wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colored items. Please DO NOT USE
BLEACH as this can also damage the design.
DRYING: Lay flat or hang to dry.
WARNING: DO NOT IRON directly on the design- The design is permanently affixed using heat press to ensure proper adhesion. Exposing your product to high heat (high dryer cycles or household irons) can melt the vinyl or cause the rhinestones to separate.
