Return Policy

If an item(s) does not fit you may return the item(s) for replacement within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise, with the exception of personalized items, off shoulder tops and tunics. Please see our policy on non-returnable items below. During the holiday season, from Thanksgiving to the end of the year, the return window will be extended to 20 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. It must also be in the original packaging. Items cannot have been worn or washed.  Please email us prior to returning items to receive authorization to return them.

Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items and custom t-shirt orders with personal information, such as names, birthdate, birth year, initials, jersey numbers, etc. can only be returned if the item(s) are defective or if we got something wrong on our end.  The off shoulder shirts and off shoulder tunic/poncho are also not available for return due to them being special ordered. PLEASE NOTE: All jewelry purchases are final, jewelry cannot be returned for any reason other than damaged or broken pieces.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges 
We offer free replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or if an error was made on our part.  Please note that we are unable to accommodate multiple exchanges for the same item, as each order is eligible for only one exchange. Should you require an exchange for the identical item, please send us an email at info@zoeandeve.com before returning any items.

Postage Fee for Exchanges: If the wrong product(s) were purchased, they don't fit, or you no longer want the item(s), to facilitate an exchange, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. Additionally, you are required to remit the postage fee to cover the shipping cost for the exchange(s) back to you.

Please note there is no cost to you if an item is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We will email you a return label for download and printing.

The specific shipping cost for the exchange will be determined based on the number of items being returned. Once you have notified us that the product(s) are on their way back, we will promptly send you an invoice detailing the return shipping cost. Please note that we are unable to proceed with shipping the exchange until the shipping fee has been paid

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restock fee: Please note that we offer free replacements exclusively for defective, damaged items, or in cases where errors were made on our part. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or completely different shirt or design, a restocking fee of 25% of each item may apply, along with an additional shipping charge for the replacement(s) to be shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gifts-If you have received a gift that was shipped directly to you, rest assured that you will be provided with a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you an e-mail containing a gift certificate.
  • In the event that the item was not designated as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later presentation to you, any refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. Consequently, the gift giver will be notified regarding the return and refund process.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund within 10 days of its issuance, please take the following steps. First, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing time required before the refund is officially posted. Such delays are not uncommon. If you have completed this step and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@zoeandeve.com. We will be glad to assist you further.


Shipping
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the amount corresponding to the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For items valued at over $50, we strongly advise opting for a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned to us or are lost during transit. Taking precautionary measures such as using a trackable shipping service or securing shipping insurance will help ensure the safe delivery of your item(s) and protect against any potential loss.
